Requirements

Temperament Evaluation

An on-site temperament evaluation must be completed and passed to attend Bark Jeff. Aggressive or toy-possessive dogs are not accepted as all dogs are off-leash and cage-free in the play areas. Temperament evaluations are conducted by Bark Jeff staff on your kid’s first visit. A phone call or email prior to your dog’s first stay is kindly appreciated.

Up-To-Date Vaccinations

All dogs must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations:

• DHPP
• Rabies
• Bordetella
• Canine influenza

Bark Jeff must receive proof of current vaccinations in conjunction with your kid’s first stay. You or your vet may email proof of vaccinations to info@barkjeff.com.

Veterinarian-Approved Flea Control

All dogs must be on a veterinarian-approved form of topical flea control. Acceptable products include:

• Frontline or Frontline Plus
• Advantage or K-9 Advantage
• Revolution
• Other, as recommended by your veterinarian

Heartworm Control

All dogs must be on heartworm control. Acceptable products include:

• Heartguard or Heartgard Plus
• Revolution
• Other, as recommended by your veterinarian

Neutered Males & Females Not In Heat

All male dogs over one year old must be neutered and all unaltered females must not be in heat (estrus).
